So Moneybags Manafort and Jared Diamond agreed to speak in private


before the Senate committee.

That must have been a long tough argument. Glad to see the Senate Republican stick to their guns. I assume they will let them cross their fingers during testimony and not insist on a swearing in.

Actually with Jared's remembering the other three meetings with the Reds, figuring out the 25 mill or so he misplaced and inserting another 100 foreigners he begged money from; I don't see why the Senate GOP not just accept his -- I didn't collude with the Commies or see anybody who did -- apology as proof enough.
